Acceptance of Terms
By accessing studiorsafilms.com and our Video-on-Demand (VOD) platform studiorsafilms.onhercules.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You are purchasing a license to view the video-on-demand movie titled "ANGELS: THEY ARE AMONGST US" for:
A. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a trusted global payment gateway. Your sensitive financial data is handled entirely on Stripe's secure platform. We never view or store your banking information. To protect user privacy and data security, we do not access or store your financial databases or full card information.
B. Grant of License
Upon successful purchase or rental, Studio RSA Films (Pty) Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view the Content for personal home entertainment use within a single household. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the producer. Screenings to individuals outside your family or household are strictly prohibited.
C. Steps How To Rent & View
Apple devices are currently not supported, but we're working on adding them soon! In the meantime, our service is available on any internet connection across all other devices.
- Go to Menu on https://studiorsafilms.com/ and click on: ANGELS RENT A MOVIE.
- Sign up for an VOD APP account on https://studiorsafilms.onhercules.app/
- Once inside, click on View Film, or More Info, which will take you to the movie.
- Choose the quality you want to view the movie in.

The movie will be waiting for you in the Library section of the VOD APP. You can also download our VOD APP from the Browser to play on your devices, i.e.: TV, PC, Mobile Phone, Tablet or Laptop.
D. Broadband:
Make sure that your internet can handle the broadband. Broadband speed directly determines how smoothly it streams. Higher broadband speeds mean data travels to your device faster. If you are streaming a movie, speed dictates the video picture quality you can choose, hence, the different options above to accommodate your speed at home.
E. Digital Content & Access & Requirements:
- The 48-Hour Window: Your rental period expires 48 hours after purchase.
- Ownership: This is a license to view, not a transfer of ownership.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation.
- Apple uses FairPlay DRM (and FairPlay Streaming) as its digital rights management technology. It protects media across the Apple ecosystem, including iOS, macOS, tvOS, and the Safari browser.
- How FairPlay Works: Uses hardware-level security keys inside Apple devices to decrypt media. Encrypts video and audio streams sent via the HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) protocol. Prevents unauthorized copying, screen recording, and distribution of premium media
- FairPlay DRM (and FairPlay Streaming) used in Apple TV+ and Movies secures video streams and downloaded content. Apps and Software: Verifies user identity and app license integrity on the App Store
- Google (Widevine) and Microsoft (PlayReady) DRM: To stream protected content flawlessly without software updates or workarounds on all other devices outside the Apples ecosystem, your computer must natively support hardware-enforced DRM (PlayReady SL3000). Most computers built from 2017 onward include this capability out of the box to prevent piracy across Video on Demand (VOD) services and online movie rentals.
- The "content protect system error" bug affecting the Windows 11 25H2 and 24H2 updates impacts legacy software, meaning your devices and apps needing a fix that can date back 15 to 20 years. Be careful with refurbished devices, as they may contain pre-2017 hardware. This can prevent you from streaming DRM-protected content.
F. Age Requirement:
- You must be 18 years of age or have parental consent to process payments on this site.
G. Prohibited Acts & Security
- No Duplication: You may not record, copy, rip, redistribute, or bypass the Digital Rights Management (DRM) of our content.
- No Editing: The film must be shown in its entirety, including all credits and watermarks.
- Watermarking: To protect intellectual property, content may contain visible and invisible watermarking, including your unique user ID or email.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for any leaks originating from your account. If a watermarked copy visible or invisible, registered to you is found on a pirate site, your access will be terminated and legal action will be pursued.
H. Prohibited Use (Public Screening)
This license strictly prohibits "Public Performance," including:
- Commercial/Institutional: Screenings in schools, community centers, or venues with or without admission fees.
- Ministry/Church: This license does not include Public Performance Rights (PPR) for church services or large-group ministry events.
- Broadcast: Any transmission via cable, satellite, or internet streaming to a public audience.

- Violation of these license terms will result in legal action
I. Limitation of Liability
- Studio RSA Films is not responsible for local internet outages, device incompatibility, or regional streaming restrictions imposed by certain governments, including the use of mobile data.
J. Refund & Territorial Policy
1. No-Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a transaction is processed, we cannot offer refunds, especially if the content has been "started" or "played."

- VPN Usage: Purchases made via VPN to bypass regional restrictions are at the user’s risk and are non-refundable.
- Compliance: Please ensure your country does not restrict streaming services before purchasing.

- For Buyers, we collect your name and email for account creation, access to films, and marketing updates.
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a trusted global payment gateway. Your sensitive financial data is handled entirely on Stripe's secure platform. We never view or store your banking information. To protect user privacy and data security, we do not access or store your financial databases or full card information.
- No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell any data to third parties.
- Third-Party Facilitators: We share necessary data by being redirected to our international service/payment provider, Stripe, to process ALL payments and calculate partner commissions.
