Terms of Use & Grant of License

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing studiorsafilms.com and our Video-on-Demand (VOD) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You are purchasing a license to view the video-on-demand movie titled "ANGELS: THEY ARE AMONGST US" for:

Steps How To Rent & View:

1. Go to Menu and click on: ANGELS RENT A MOVIE.  
2. Sign up for an APP account 
3. Once inside, click on Browse Films, which will take you to the movie.
4. Choose the quality you want to view the movie in. 
5. See prices in your currency at check out:

                  a. US$5.99 for SD on Mobile 

                  b. US$9.99 in HD  on Mobile, PC & TV 

                  c. US$15.99 in 4K on Mobile, PC & TV

                      (subject to currency exchange rate)

The movie will be waiting for you in the Library section of the APP.

You can watch the film on your Mobile Phone, TV, Computer, or Tablet.

You can also download our VOD APP from the Browser to to play on your devices, i.e.: TV, PC, Mobile Phone, Tablet or Laptop. 

  B. Grant of License

• Upon successful purchase or rental, STUDIO RSA FILMS PTY LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view the Content for Personal Home Entertainment Use Only. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the producer.

C. Digital Content & Access

• The 48-Hour Window: Your rental period begins the moment you click on the link received in your email. You will then have 48 hours to complete your viewing.
• Ownership: This is a license to view, not a transfer of ownership.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation.

E. Age Requirement: 

• You must be 18 years of age or have parental consent to process payments on this site.

F. Prohibited Acts & Security

• No Duplication: You may not record, copy, rip, redistribute, or bypass the      Digital Rights Management (DRM) of our content.
• No Editing: The film must be shown in its entirety, including all credits and watermarks.
• Watermarking: To protect intellectual property, content may contain visible and      invisible watermarking, including your unique user ID or email.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for any leaks originating from your account. If a watermarked copy visible or invisible, registered to you is found on a pirate site, your access will be terminated and legal action may be pursued.

G. Prohibited Use (Public Screening)

         This license strictly prohibits "Public Performance," including:

• Commercial/Institutional:  Screenings in schools, community centers, or venues with admission fees.
• Ministry/Church: This license does not include Public Performance Rights (PPR) for church services or large-group ministry events.
• Broadcast: Any transmission via cable, satellite, or internet streaming to a public audience.
• Note: For PPR or Church Licensing, contact management@studiorsafilms.com.

H. Limitation of Liability

• Studio RSA Films is not responsible for local internet outages, device incompatibility, or regional streaming restrictions imposed by certain governments, including the use of mobile data.

I. Refund & Territorial Policy

      1. No-Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a transaction is processed, we cannot offer refunds, especially if the content has been "started" or "played."

      2. Technical Issues

• If a technical failure occurs on our side (server-side), please contact management@studiorsafilms.com within 24 hours for a credit or access extension.

      3. Territorial Restrictions

• This Content is licensed for viewing worldwide.
• VPN Usage: Purchases made via VPN to bypass regional restrictions are at the      user’s risk and are non-refundable.
• Compliance: Please ensure your country does not restrict streaming services before purchasing.

J. Privacy Policy (GDPR & POPIA)

    1. Data Collection & Usage

• For Buyers, we collect your name and email for account creation, access to films, and marketing updates. 

• Our Payment Gateway is STRIPE, a reputable international Payment Gateway. All banking takes place on the secured STRIPE platform.

• No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell your data to third parties. 

• Third-Party Facilitators: We share necessary data by being redirected to our international service/payment provider, Stripe, to process ALL payments and calculate partner commissions.

     2. Cookies & Tracking

• We use cookies to identify which Partner referred you to our site. This ensures our community partners are credited for their work. 
• We also use cookies to authorize and lock legal playback to your device.

• You may request to delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at management@studiorsafilms.com.
