1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing studiorsafilms.com and our Video-on-Demand (VOD) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Content: Our VOD service provides a 48-hour access window to "Angels: They Are Amongst Us." This is a license to view, not a transfer of ownership.

3. Prohibited Acts: You may not record, copy, redistribute, or bypass the Digital Rights Management (DRM) of our content.

4. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or have parental consent to process payments on this site.

5. Limitation of Liability: Studio RSA Films is not responsible for local internet outages or device incompatibility.

2. VOD Purchase & Refund Policy

1. The 48-Hour Window: Your rental period begins at the moment of purchase. You will have 48 hours to complete your viewing.

2. No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a transaction is processed, we cannot offer refunds, especially if the content has been "started" or "played."

3. Technical Issues: If a technical failure occurs on our side (server-side), please contact management@studiorsafilms.com within 24 hours for a credit or access extension.

4. Regional Restrictions: We currently do not provide service to China, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and certain regions of Ukraine. Purchases made from these regions via VPN are at the user’s risk and are non-refundable.

3. Privacy Policy (GDPR & POPIA Compliant)

1. Data Collection: We collect your name and email for account creation and marketing updates. For Partners, we collect banking information to facilitate payments. Create a separate banking account to facilitate payments to protect your privacy.

2. Data Usage: Your data is used to provide access to our films and to track referral commissions. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Facilitators: We share necessary data with our independent international service provider to process credit card payments and calculate partner commissions.

4. Cookies: We use cookies to identify which Partner referred you to our site. This ensures our community partners are credited for their work.

5. Your Rights: You may request to view, edit, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

4. Partner Program Terms (The "Fine Print")

1. Independent Contractor: Partners are independent agents, not employees of Studio RSA Films. You are responsible for your own taxes in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility for Payout: A minimum of 250 successful referrals must be reached within a 90-day rolling period to trigger a disbursement.

3. The "BEN" Rule: All international bank transfers are sent via "BEN" (Beneficiary) instructions. All intermediary bank fees, wire charges, and currency conversion costs are deducted from the Partner's commission.

4. Termination: Studio RSA Films reserves the right to deactivate any promo code found to be used in "spam" or unethical marketing.
